In Good Order is provided for authorized council, assembly, lodge, and chapter operations.

Organizations are responsible for configuring their tenant, assigning roles, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring their use of the service complies with applicable rules, policies, and laws.

Users are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity performed through their accounts. Notify an administrator or platform support promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

In Good Order SMS messages may include organization announcements, event reminders, service opportunities, dues or donation reminders, facility updates, account notifications, and other operational notices requested or enabled by a member or organization administrator.

• Reply HELP for help.
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages.
• SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.
• SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Members may opt in to SMS by providing a mobile number and enabling SMS notifications in the portal or by using another consent flow offered by their organization. A member may opt out at any time by replying STOP to an SMS message or by updating notification preferences in the portal.

After opting out, a member may reply START or update preferences in the portal to resume SMS messages where supported.

• Do not use the service to send unlawful, misleading, harassing, abusive, or unauthorized messages.
• Do not upload malicious code or attempt to bypass security, tenant boundaries, rate limits, or access controls.
• Do not use the service to send age-gated, lending, high-risk financial, or prohibited content unless separately reviewed and approved in writing.

The platform may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, messaging, payments, analytics, storage, security, and support. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

We work to keep the service reliable, but availability may vary due to maintenance, outages, provider limitations, or events outside our control. Features and terms may be updated as the service evolves.
